Welcome to the Shepherd of the Hills Website!  We are a family of believers in Christ who gather to worship and praise our Savior as He reminds us of His promises, encourage one another to grow in faith through God’s Word, and share His gospel message of salvation with the world. 

Nestled in between Winchester, VA and Stephens City, VA just off of Interstate 81 and Rte. 11, our church offers a warm, friendly, and intimate setting for worship and is a great place to make and build friendships.

Jesus, the Good Shepherd, welcomes you, no matter who you are or where you come from—and so do we!  We believe that Jesus Christ is the true Savior of all people. By His perfect life, innocent death, and triumphant resurrection, He saves all lost sinners.  Jesus Christ makes us special people, right with God and ready for life!  We learn this from the Bible, God’s authentic message of grace and guidance for us.  Whether you are a first-time visitor or a curious observer with little religious background, we are delighted to share our worship with you.
